1. Medical Coding experience of 0.6 – 5 Years
2. Designation: Coder / Sr. Coder Medical Coding
3. Coding medical records with ICD -9-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes
4. Knowledge on human anatomy, medical terminology and CDR of the procedures.
5. Well versed with NCCI and CMS policy manuals.
6. Flexible to meet the productivity, accuracy goals and client requirement.
Receive assigned medical charts to code.
Review medical charts electronically using a computer.
Abstract and code diagnosis and documentation information based on guidelines provided.
