Cognizant is Hiring for Senior Process Executive- Medical Coding
Specialty Experience:
1 ) Experience in Inpatient coding along with DME coding experience.
2) ICD-10 trained and CPC certification would be required.
Essential Skills / Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Coding medical records with CPT and ICD-10 with strong understanding of ICD-10-CM and CPT guidelines
2. Should have a very good knowledge in Coding concepts and complete RCM.
3. Need to meet up the metrics per client SLAs
4. Ensure all emails are being acknowledged and responded in a timely manner.
5. Perform CAPA on customer complaints if any and act proactively
6. Escalate any challenges to TL/Client
7. Maintain internal trackers and reports on production and quality
8. Ensure to comply HIPAA and ISO standards
9. Ensure to take up the mandatory courses
10. Attend training programs to improve the skill set and apply effectively on the job
