Should have Basic Knowledge on HTML,CSS, java script and PHP
Should be familiar with Filezilla software
Basic knowledge of Linux operating System
A simple understanding of Hosting server Management
Technical support experience (0-1year)
Excellent written and verbal English
Ability to convey server downtime alerts and recommendations to hosting service provider
should know about domain service providers
