We are hiring Team Lead for Medical Coding process for our Healthcare Services Division.

Position: Tam Lead – Operations (Medical Coding Process)
Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably from Life Science Back Ground)
Experience: 4 – 7 yrs relevant exp in Medical Coding
Specialty: Coding in Multi-Specialty (Surgery, ED, E/M etc..)
Certification: AHIMA or AAPC Certified.
Work Location: CHENNAI.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day to day reporting.
QC of the Chart.
Client reporting.
Assignment of task to the team and monitoring the completion by given timeline.
Attending client call.
Refresher training for batch for the given feedback.
Day to day feedback review and sharing.
Continuing education of the team.
Quality and other deliverable monitoring.
Day to day handling of the escalation/issue of the team. .
Data and internal Reporting to the sr. management.
