Job Description:
The job role will involve partnering with senior American physicians remotely and assisting them in their data documentation and medical records creation. The job is critical to the American Healthcare system and integrates several of the subprocesses in the reve nue cycle thereby reducing cycle time and increasing efficiency for the entire system. In addition, physicians save 30% of the time that they would have otherwise spent in creating and managing medical records.
In short, Medical Scribes play a vital role in rehumanizing healthcare by handling all the documentation needs of the provider in real-time.
We are hiring Life sciences graduates and freshers from other streams with good written English skills to join our growing team of Medical Scribes.

Freshers with exemplary written English skills and an interest for medicine.
What kind of training is provided?
Once a candidate is selected through a screening process, they will undergo our extensive Medical Scribing Training program that includes:
1. Language of Medicine
2. Medical Coding
3. Professional English writing
4. Medical Scribing Essentials
5. Typing skills
6. Americanisms
Shift: Candidates should be willing to work in night Shift.
Stipendiary Training:
1. A monthly stipend of Rs. 7,500 would be paid for first 2 months
2. On successful completion of phase one of baseline training, the monthly stipend would be revised to Rs 12,000 starting month 3.
3. On completing baseline training, the scribe trainee will transition to night shift for advanced scribe training. During this phase, he/she will be eligible for a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000.
4. The scribe will earn a stipend of Rs. 20000, per month on qualifying as a Doctor-Ready scribe.
Salary on Completion of Training: (Rupees 38,000/-)
On successful completion of the OG Healthcare Medical Scribe training program, i.e. meeting the 8 criteria to be a Doctor Approved (DA), a scribe would qualify to handle Medical Scribing services independently for his/her assigned physician and at that stage would earn a monthly remuneration of Rs. 38,000.
