Job description for Medical coding Fresher in Sys information:-
- Good knowledge in anatomy, physiology & pathology.
- Competent in reading and comprehending English language.
- Consistently meet the targets set for MOCK charts during training phase.
- Punctuality, attendance, and general adherence to company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Medical coding training will be provided for the selected candidates.
- After training, coder need to code and abstract the accounts using ICD-10-CM classification system for diagnoses and procedures performed in the physician and hospital setting.
- Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project and code the charts accordingly.
- Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.
- Be a team player and active participant in meeting and reviews.
- Work on other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Need to have understanding on client SOP and code the chart received from the client.
- Prepare and maintain status reports.
Eligibility:
Education should be Graduation and above from Life science background/Medical or Para-Medical Stream.
