Job Description:
Specialty: E/M Coding / Evaluation and Management Coding / E/M Coder
Pick & assign the ICD 10, ICD 9, CPT and HCPCS codes from the medical records.
Accurately use NCCI edits, modifier usage.
Work on multiple specialty especially outpatient surgery, inpatient charts.
Work on E/M. Radiology, therapy charts.
Maintain quality and productivity requirements and deliver the SLA requirements.
Work on other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Audit the work of other coders and train them to improve performance
Need to comply with the management system.

Need to code or validate the codes from the medical records with good quality & deliver the output within TAT.
Need to work on the exceptions.
Need to work on the Chart/Code Auditing.
Need to train the other coders.
Need to fulfill the job requirements
