Responsibilities:
-To generate quality scores based on Audit.
-To give regular feedback to the associate on Errors identified.
-To attend client feedback calls and transfer the updates to associates.
-Respond to queries on the floor and guide the associates.
-Identify client preferences and nuances to improve the service quality.
-Participate in calibration sessions.
-Update knowledge regularly based on answers to queries and process updates.
-Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process improvement.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills required:
-Good medical Knowledge
-Excellent communication skills
-Medical transcription (Editor) Experience / Pharmacovigilance (QA) Experience
-Organizational requirements:
-Quality management of CARE vertical
-Core Competencies/Attributes required:
-Problem solving ability
-Eye for details
-Ability to categorize errors as per the severity and share the feedback accordingly
