Job Description:
Sound knowledge of U.S. Healthcare Domain (Provider side) is required. Candidate should have minimum experience of 12 months into AR Calling /AR Analyses in the US Healthcare Industry. Typical daily tasks would include;
-Calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
-To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket
-To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear.
-To make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
-Analyses outstanding claims and initiates collection efforts as per the aging report. So that claims get reimbursed
-Resolve the denied claims
-Review EOB, post the denials and take appropriate action on the denials.
Key Skills required:
At least 2+ yrs of experience in US Healthcare stream in AR Analysis/AR Calling.
Willingness to be a team player and take new initiatives
Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
Ready to work in Night Shifts
Salary: Negotiable.
