Job Description:
Overall responsible and accountable for HCC Medical coding of the charts received from the client
Review, validate and verify the Charts received and code as per the guide lines
Work closely with the client for any clarification/information that might require completing the Coding.
Ensure that the quality is maintained 100%
Continuously be in contact with the client for any escalations/changes/updates that may require by the client.
Plan leaves well in advance without affecting the delivery of the reports.
Constantly updating the Case Study document and Case Studies.
Review important emails / messages
Profile: The candidate should have following
Essential:
Should have minimum 2 years experience in HCC Medical coding
Must be a Certified Coder
Should possess good communications skills
Should be an Individual and Team player in work completion
Need to have good command in US Healthcare and Medical Terminology
Should possess Good knowledge in MS office
Should have completed the ICD-10-CM Assessment (But not mandate)
Must be a Graduate
Desired:-
Certified medical coder with 1+ years of experience in HCC medical coding
