Relevant Experience (In Years):
Graduate / Post Graduate with 6+ years of experience in Medical coding process
Should be certified in CPC or equivalent
Experience in Transitioning Insurance / Healthcare claims processes desired not mandatory
Experience : 5 years and above
Education : Graduate/Post Graduate
Location : Hyderabad.
Essential Skills / Personality Traits:
-Should have handled a team of 20 associates
-6+years experience with at-least 2 years in Team Leading responsibilities
-Willingness to work in night shifts
-Experience in voice background handling escalation calls
-Must be a very hands on individual who can roll up his/her sleeves to accomplish the desired results

Operational Responsibilities :
-Lead a team of 20 associates
-Day to day management of operations, SLAs and interfacing with the client
-Review Disability claims, Summarization of Medical and Financial statements received from the Claimants
-Take / Make escalation calls to Claimant, Employers as part of claim review process
-Develop, maintain and revise Standard Operating Procedures and training documents as required
-Working with the delivery manager to ensure process compliance to organizational and client specific requirements
-Drive process improvements, people engagement and performance management
-Groom and mentor team members
-Support organizational and project initiatives along with the delivery manager
